Project Description:
‘Pecious Gardens’ Riruta, is the result of a Joint Venture agreement between land owner Bernad Ndung’u and Housing
Finance Company Kenya. This project of 18 No. apartment blocks comprises 328 apartments of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom
typologies. The development has an onsite borehole, ample parking, and 24hour security. Phase 1 of the project is
complete and Phase 2 is set to begin in March 2016.
